Effective January 1, 2006, local government officers (which include superintendents and board members) are required to file a conflicts disclosure statement (CIS) with the records administrator of the school district no later than the seventh business day after becoming aware of facts requiring the filing of a statement. In addition, vendors or persons doing business with local governmental entities are required to file a conflict of interest questionnaire (CIQ).

This new law requires school districts to publish any disclosure forms on their website. Below you will see this required information pertaining to Barbers Hill Independent School District. This information will be updated periodically when new disclosure forms are received in the Superintendent's Office.
