Congratulations to 2007 Barbers Hill graduate Cameron Swart, who recently won the 2011 American Open Championship in 105+kg weight class. Cameron, a student at Louisiana State University, will advance to the Olympic trials next spring. Good Luck, Cameron! |
Barbers Hill alumni Jerrett Cobb, Jacob Brock and Rylee Hobbs were recently awarded the highest honor in the National FFA Organization -- the American FFA Degree. To be eligible for the award, each student had to demonstrate outstanding leadership ability and community involvement during their high school and college careers, as well as earn and productively invest $7500 through a supervised agricultural experience (SAE) project. Congratulations to our former students and to Ralph and Mary Wilson and Brandon Otto, who lead our outstanding Ag and FFA programs. |
