100 Club Donations

The Kindergarten Center, Primary, Elementary North, and Elementary South Schools of the Barbers Hill Independent School District cooperatively produce a children’s festival in conjunction with Fall Fest that is sponsored by the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce.

The festival provides hours of fun for the children and generates money that is used to purchase playground equipment, Accelerated Reader books, and computer programs just to name a few.

In order for this spectacular event to continue to be a big success, we need many volunteers and donations not only from the huge corporate sponsors but also the small business owners.

We invite you to join the “100+ Club.” The “100+ Club” membership is simply a donation of $100 or more to the children’s festival. As in the past, we are offering different levels of membership. The 100 Club Level is a $100 donation, Silver Level is a $250 donation, and the Platinum Level is a $500+ donation. We believe that together we are shaping the future of our children and making a difference. By joining one of these clubs, you and your company will be acknowledged on a prominently displayed banner or poster at Fall Fest in the club level that you choose to join.

We have two options for donating if you would like to join the 2017 “100+ Club”. You can mail the enclosed form with your check or make an online credit card donation by going to the Barbers Hill website at www.bhisd.net. If you choose the website, from the district home page, hover over Parents & Students, then click on Online Payments. This will bring you to the Barbers Hill RevTrak Online Payment Website. Click on the bottom right icon that says Fall Fest 100 Club. There you will find instructions to make an online donation by credit card. If you are a past member, we want to thank you and encourage you to join once again this year. If you are new to our ever growing and changing area and school district, we welcome you and encourage you to not only make a donation but to join us at this amazing event for the children of Barbers Hill ISD.

Thank you in advance,

Barbara Ponder, District Co-Coordinator
Jessica Ackerman, District Co-Coordinator
Garbriella Martinez, Parent Co-Chairman
