Raffle Basket & Silent Auction

The Fall Fest Raffle & Silent Auction will begin at 10AM and end at 1:45PM.

Winners will be announced at 2PM.

NEEDS: Academy, Walmart and Hobby Lobby Gift Card Donations are still needed to pur-
chase our big ticket items! You can also send themed items for your child’s school.

Transportation Information

Workers will be preparing for Fall Fest by setting up tents on the BHISD road located behind the visitor’s side of the football stadium beginning Monday,
October 14th through Friday, October 18th. Please be cautious and drive slowly through this
area. Thank you!

Volunteer Meetings

The next Fall Fest volunteer meeting will be held:

When: Friday, October 18
Time: 9:00 a.m.
Where: Primary School Eagles Nest

We will travel to the BUS BARN and set up booths! Due to safety, please no small children.

Pizza will be provided for lunch.

 

100+ Club

The Early Childhood Center, Elementary North, and Elementary South schools of the Barbers Hill Independent School District cooperatively produce a children’s festival in conjunction with Fall Fest that is sponsored by the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce.

In order for this spectacular event to continue to be a big success, we need many volunteers and donations not only from the huge corporate sponsors but also the small business owners.

We invite you to join the “100+ Club.” The “100+ Club” membership is simply a donation of $100 or more to the children’s festival.
