One of our buses was rear-ended this morning near Interstate 10 before any students were picked up. The bus driver received no injuries, but the vehicle driver, an adult male resident of Houston, was seriously injured. We do not know his identity at this time.

As we move to the end of Daylight Savings Time, Barbers Hill ISD wants to be sure our students practice bicycle safety at all times, whether en route to or from school, or in local neighborhoods. BH Middle Schools will host a Bicycle Safety class for grades 6-8 on November 13 & 14. Read more...

The BHHS welding class received a generous donation from Fluor Corporation in the form of electrodes, wire, discs, gloves, safety glass, pipes and steel, in addition to a welding scholarship. The equipment donation is valued at over $7700. Read more...
