T-Shirts, Tickets, and Wristbands go on sale October 10.
Wristbands: $20.00 each (access to all carnival booths and 2 climbs on rock wall)
Tickets: 5 for $1.00 (will be 4 for $1.00 on the day of Fall Fest)

Raffle Gift Baskets and Silent Auction
Children from each campus are being asked to help by donating the following items to put in raffle baskets for Fall Fest. Please send items and/or gift cards of any value to the school office with your child ASAP!

If you have a small business and would like to donate a basket of products we will gladly put the basket together for you. Also, if you would like to donate a large item to raffle, please bring to BHEN front office.
Fall Fest Flyer
The Kindergarten Center, Primary, Elementary North, and Elementary South schools of the Barbers Hill Independent School District cooperatively produce a children’s festival in conjunction with Fall
Fest that is sponsored by the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce.
In order for this spectacular event to continue to be a big success, we need many volunteers and donations not only from the huge corporate sponsors but also the small business owners.
We invite you to join the “100+ Club.” The “100+ Club” membership is simply a donation of $100 or more to the children’s festival.

Don't miss this fun event!
Be a part of this awesome Fall Fest event! We need cakes and/or cupcakes to be used as prizes for the winners at the cake walk booth. Not a baker? Store bought items are welcome too! Cakes and cupcakes need to be brought in disposable pans and/or serving plates and will be dropped off the day before Fall Fest on Friday, October 26 between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The drop-off site will be announced soon!
No Entry Fee! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to enter!
Entry Form and Pie MUST be taken to the Cafeteria of Barbers Hill Middle School North between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 27. Private judging begins promptly.
