Fall Fest

Fall Fest will be held on October 29, 2022 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. The purpose of the Festival is to promote a safe and drug-free life, and to help raise money for the purchase of educational materials. The West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce sponsors the event in partnership with Barbers Hill ISD and the City of Mont Belvieu. 

The funds generated from Fall Fest are used to purchase library books, computer software, educational games, science equipment, math manipulatives, and awards for student incentive programs. These programs promote reading (Accelerated Reader), good citizenship and character (Eagle of the Month), goal-setting, and good behavior.

Parent Volunteer Meeting

Parents… WE NEED YOU!!
Please plan on joining us for our Fall Fest Volunteer Workshop Meeting on Friday, October 14 at 9:00 am. Our meeting will be held in the Fall Fest room at the former Pre-K Center (now known as “DAEP-EPIC”). Please park in the back lot between the building and auxiliary field. Look for the flags to point you in the right direction! Small children are welcome! We look forward to seeing you there!

Fall Fest T-Shirt Pre-Sale

Pre-Sale orders for Fall Fest T-Shirts will be accepted ONLY Tuesday, September 27 through Friday, October 14. Fill out the order form below and return to your student's campus. Shirts are $5 each.

Fall Fest Wristbands are available for purchase at your student's campus front office. Wristbands allow students to play unlimited games at Fall Fest.

100 Club

Looking for a great way to advertise your local business or support our schools?  Look no further than Barbers Hill Fall Fest!!

We invite you to join the “100 Club.” The “100 Club” membership is simply a donation of $100 or more to the children’s festival. We are offering different levels of membership: 

Club Level is a $100 donation
Silver Level is $250 donation
Platinum Level is $500+ donation

Pie Contest

No Entry Fee! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to enter!

Entry Forms and Pie MUST be taken to the Cafeteria of Barbers Hill Middle School North between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 29. Private judging begins promptly. Please follow ‘Drop Off Pie Here’ signs!

Pie Contest Rules

1. Pie(s) must be in a non-returnable pan.

2. All pies entered are donated to the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce. Winning Pies will be auctioned off from the Fall Fest Main Stage at 1:30 p.m. Non-champion pies may be purchased at the Chamber booth at the end of the contest.

3. Any dessert pie is acceptable.

4. Adult and Student entries will be judged separately.

5. A Grand Champion pie will be named from each class (Adult and Student), as well as a Reserve Grand Champion and a First Runner-up Pie. Winners will be announced and awards presented at 12:30 p.m. the same day on the Main Stage at Barbers Hill Fall Fest.

6. Each Grand Champion will receive a $100 Gift Card. Each Reserve Grand Champion will receive a $50 Gift Card and each First Runner-up a $30 Gift Card. Each of the top three pies in each class will also receive a beautiful Rosette.
