We are asking families to please send one bag of candy to school.

Candy will be used as prizes in the booths where all kids win!

All candy must be individually wrapped.

No chocolate, please.

Raffle Gift Baskets & Silent Auction

We are having a raffle and silent auction again this year. Your campus has been assigned a theme. Please donate a themed item from the list below or a gift card of any value from Walmart, Academy, or Target.

Themed items: Unicorns and Dinosaurs, Hunting & Fishing, Arts & Crafts

Elementary School South
Themed item: Longhorns/Aggies

Elementary School North
Themed item: Texans/Astros

Volunteer Meetings

The next Fall Fest volunteer meeting will be held:

When: Friday, September 13
Time: 9:00 a.m.
Where: Barbers Hill Professional Development Center (PDC) - attached to the former Kindergarten Center

Additional Volunteer Work Days are scheduled for:

September 27
October 4
October 18

These meetings will be held in the Eagles Nest (former Primary School) at 9:00 a.m.

100+ Club

The Early Childhood Center, Elementary North, and Elementary South schools of the Barbers Hill Independent School District cooperatively produce a children’s festival in conjunction with Fall Fest that is sponsored by the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce.

In order for this spectacular event to continue to be a big success, we need many volunteers and donations not only from the huge corporate sponsors but also the small business owners.

We invite you to join the “100+ Club.” The “100+ Club” membership is simply a donation of $100 or more to the children’s festival.
