The BHISD Finance Office oversees all district finances and annual budget development. Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, accounting, tax collection, purchasing,  investments and asset management are some of the responsibilities housed in this department. The District has a long-standing commitment to careful management of taxpayer money to make every dollar count.
