Meal Payments

Payments can be made by cash, check or credit/debit card via the RevTrak online meal payment webstore for any amount. The first time you make a card payment, you will have to create an account for the meal payment webstore through Skyward Family Access. After that, when you select "Make A Payment" in Skyward, the link will automatically connect you to the meal payment webstore. Links to Skyward Family Access and the RevTrak meal payment webstore are below. If you do not know your Login ID and Password for Skyward Family Access, please contact the Registrar at your student’s campus. If you are having technical or login issues with the RevTrak meal payment webstore, please contact the School Nutrition Office at 281-576-2221, ext. 1368.

Daily purchases can be tracked and a-la-carte purchase limits can be placed on any student's meal account through Skyward Family Access under the Food Service tab. Questions regarding the current student meal account balance may be directed to the appropriate cafeteria manager or the School Nutrition Office. To ease the stress of low or negative balances on you student’s account, automatic payments can be set up by enabling the auto-replenish feature in the RevTrak meal payment webstore. Please see the auto-replenish attachment below for further information.

A student on any campus with insufficient funds to purchase a meal may charge up to a maximum of $20.00 to their account. Once the $20.00 limit has been reached, a student will receive an alternative meal until the meal account has been replenished. Students approved for free meals cannot charge any a-la-carte items to their meal account. Eligible students must have funds in their meal account or cash in hand to purchase a-la-carte items.

Each Barbers Hill ISD campus has “meal deal” serving lines that offer complete lunch trays consisting of a choice of entrées, sides and a choice of beverage (milk or water). The meal deal price will be charged to the student’s account based on their current meal status. Below is a list of meal deal serving lines at each campus.

High School:

  • Snack Bar (Grab ‘n Go meals only)

Middle School South:

  • Line 4

Elementary School North, Elementary School South, Early Childhood Center, Pre-K Center: All serving lines at these campuses offer meal deal options.

Refund Request (PDF)

At the end of the school year, all funds left in your student’s meal account will be available to your student the next school year. The funds will automatically transfer to any Barbers Hill ISD campus your student is enrolled at. At any time, you may transfer funds to another student’s account. If you decide to have the student’s balance refunded due to graduation or withdrawals, please contact the cafeteria at your student’s campus or the School Nutrition Office at 281-576-2221, ext. 1368 for a refund request form. You may also download and print a copy of the refund request form from the link above.

Money left unclaimed in the graduated or withdrawn student’s account becomes the property of the Barbers Hill ISD School Nutrition Department after six (6) months.
