Returning Student Registration

1. Gather the documents listed on the REGISTRATION CHECKLIST (see below). You will be asked to upload these documents in PDF for registration.
2. Login in to your Skyward Family Access account and click on the RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION tab to complete the online registration forms for your returning student.

For assistance with Skyward Family Access login information, please contact your campus registrar:

• Immunization Record (PK/K/7th Grade)
• Proof of Residency (Residency Qualifications and Requirements - English), (Residency Qualifications and Requirements - Spanish) 
  • Utility Bill AND Tax Statement/Lease Agreement OR
  • Residency Approval Form (Provided by Residency Office)
