Volunteering

Barbers Hill receives tremendous volunteer support from parents and grandparents. There are many opportunities for volunteers at our campuses. Volunteers, as well as field trip chaperones, are required to submit the form below:

Criminal History Check Form (PDF)

This form must be completed annually and may be submitted to the main office of any campus.  Electronic signatures will not be accepted. Field trip chaperones should have this form submitted at least two weeks prior to the field trip they are attending.

One form is needed per volunteer. You do not have to submit a form per campus. For example, if you have students attending the Early Childhood Center and Elementary School North, you only need to submit one form. You will be approved for both campuses.

The coordination of all outside volunteers is approved by Lori May (ext. 1477).
