Cynthia Dugat

I am Cynthia Dugat and I am an Art Teacher at the High School. I have been with Barbers Hill for eight years.

My hometown is Old River-Winfree, Texas. I have a Bachelor or Arts: English/Bachelor of Arts - History with a minor in Visual Arts.

My favorite part of my job is working with students on their individual art pieces, especially for contests and AP Portfolios.

I have four children; Matthew, Jacob, Leia and Logan and three grandchildren; McKayela, Alex and Jameson. My parents are Wilber and Madine Dugat and my siblings are Eularian Dugat, Anita Dugat-Greene and Nancy Dugat-Martin.

My hobbies are painting (especially in coffee or mixed media), writing fiction, gardening and reading.

I am Alan Haskins and I am the Lead Custodian at Middle School South. I have been with Barbers Hill for 35 years.

My hometown is Hankamer, Texas but I currently live in Baytown, Texas. I graduated from Anahuac High School in 1977. I have an Associate Degree in Management from Lee College and an Honorary Doctine Degree from Saint Thomas University Jacksonville, Florida in Theology.

I am married to Katrina Haskins. We have three children - Ramesha Haskins, Atina (Haskins) Young and Johnathan Moore.

I have been the Pastor at Word Alive Ministries of Baytown, Texas for 18 years. I love teaching the word of God and transforming lives. I have also been a basketball official for 28 years.

My hobbies are fishing, reading and enjoying family and teaching the word of God.

I have enjoyed working here and meeting and making friends. The thing that I have learned the most is to work in excellence in everything you do. My motto is love people, treat all the same, trust God and live life with joy like it's your last day.

I am Debbie Murray and I am a Kindergarten Teacher at the Kindergarten Center. I have been with Barbers Hill for 14 years. I have taught Kindergarten for a total of 37 years.

My hometown is Liberty, Texas. I graduated college from Lamar University.

My favorite part of my job is watching the children grown throughout the year, and knowing I've impacted lives. I also love working with my co-workers!

I am married to Marvin Murray. We have one son, Ryan and daughter-in-law Holly. Our church family is MercyGate.

My hobbies are cooking and catering, traveling with family and camping.

I look forward to more family time!

Ray Viverette

I am Ray Viverette and I am a teacher at the High School. I have been with Barbers Hill for 31 years.

My hometown is Enfield, North Carolina. I have an AA from Chowan University, a BA from Barton College, and a graduate credit from Stephen F. Austin.

I am a member of Old River Baptist Church. We have three dogs; Patches, Sugar and Dixie. I have been married to Virgie for 45 years and we have four children; Virginia Viverette Flores, Thomas Viverette, Michelle Viverette Wenzel and Matthew Viverette. We also have four grandchildren and one on the way.

All four of my children were awarded full scholarships to college as a result of their education and achievements and Barbers Hill. All four made it to State championship competitions in track, basketball, and tractor mechanics.

My hobbies are playing piano, keyboard, violin and guitar, philately (stamp collecting), genealogy, writing and spending time with my family, friends and grandchildren.
